SienaDune was born and has lived most of her life in Asia, though she received her schooling and first university degrees in the UK and moved to Australia in 2000. Well versed in a variety of training and change management disciplines, SienaDune holds a Masters degree in Land Economy from Cambridge University plus a Masters in Social Science (Counseling) from the University of South Australia, Teaching Diplomas from the London Guild Hall School of Music & Drama in Presentation Skills, Speech and Drama and accreditation in Executive Coaching, Change Management, Life Skills, creative expression and anger management.
SienaDune brings clarity and insight to leadership development, gained from a score of years in senior roles in private enterprise initially in London and subsequently across SE Asia and Australia in the financial, professional services, publishing and education sectors. She facilitates an understanding of broader perspectives, difference and cross cultural diversity, which motivates her clients towards a growth mindset, broadening understanding , expansiveness and change.
Heavily influenced by her years of Buddhist spiritual practice, SienaDune is committed to bringing the core principles of mindfulness, reciprocity and self-mastery to her leadership coaching, counseling and training.
