Our model for transformational leadership development is built on the premise that we can not successfully lead others until we have first learnt to lead ourselves and practice self mastery. In order to inspire others, we must first develop self awareness and self management so that we can act consciously. We need to discover new ways of being.
Our model,which allows us to work one on one, in small groups and with whole teams and organisations, recognizes that organizational change requires enlightened leadership that empowers their teams to successfully discover and adapt to new opportunities and to develop resilience in a world where change is the only constant and new challenges inevitably arise. We understand that this requires that our minds are present, look forward and constantly seek to better understand and allow for a broader, more inclusive, perspective and stakeholder base. By doing so, we can skillfully respond to situations as they arise and expand our willingness to be transparent, to hold to high standards of integrity and to be accountable to a clearly articulated value system. In this way we are empowered to make the best decisions to move ourselves and our organizations forward.
At the heart of our approach is the development of a meditation and mindfulness practice which supports the awareness of the interdependent nature of business and of life. Neuroscientific research provides evidence that this is the only consistent method by which we can develop self awareness and consciously change our brains and our minds.
Our coaches, counselors and trainers bring clarity and insight gained from extensive hands-on experience and are well versed in a variety of change management approaches, disciplines and trainings. We have integrated practices of mindful awareness into our own lives. We are proficient in creating a space of trust and safety and challenge our clients to be authentic and congruent, encouraging fresh and new perspectives, self awareness, and self responsibility within a framework of relationship, community and interdependence.
